Hello, my name is Silvana and I survived my divorce.
Hello, my name is Silvana, and my healing journey began after the end of a 24-year marriage.
Like many women navigating divorce, I experienced deep grief, loss, and disconnection despite years of traditional talk therapy.
Returning to my practice as a certified Reiki practitioner transformed my healing, helping me regulate my nervous system, reconnect with myself, and rebuild my life from a place of calm and alignment.
Today, I support women through intuitive energy healing, mentorship, and coaching by creating a safe and supportive space for healing, transformation, and personal growth.

My mission is to guide midlife women back to themselves, their power, their freedom, and a life that is fully theirs. Through spiritual healing, energy work, and deep inner transformation, I walk beside women as they reclaim their independence, rediscover love, and rise from what broke them.

I offer intuitive Reiki and Energy Healing sessions designed to support balance, relaxation, and overall well-being by helping restore the body’s natural flow of energy.

I offer intuitive mentorship and coaching for women navigating divorce and major life transitions. Through spiritual guidance and energetic connection of the body’s central energetic channels, these sessions support emotional healing, self-discovery, clarity, and personal empowerment.

This session is designed for women who are new to Energy Healing and are seeking a supportive introduction to energetic work. 3-Session Mentorship & Healing Package
This 3-session mentorship and energy healing package is designed for women who are ready to explore deeper emotional patterns and the impact of cultural, societal, and family dynamics on their personal growth and well-being. Together, we create a calm, safe, and supportive space for open conversation, reflection, and healing. Through intuitive guidance and energy work, these sessions help identify energetic blockages connected to deep-rooted emotional habits and begin supporting shifts toward greater clarity, balance, and alignment.
Package 2 — The Rising Woman
12-Session Mentorship & Coaching Experience
This 12-session mentorship and coaching experience is designed for divorced women who are ready to move from surviving to thriving after a major life transition. Together, we create a calm, safe, and supportive space to explore the deep-rooted trauma of losing your identity within a long-term relationship, while releasing the societal, cultural, and emotional imprints held within the energetic body.
Using intuitive mentorship, Energy Healing, and exploration through the body’s chakra system, these sessions support the mindset shifts, healing, and inner reconnection needed to rebuild confidence, reclaim your sense of self, and move forward with clarity, strength, and alignment.
